.Remote learning continues this week both online and with paper packets. This is the last week.
-Students working online will complete the year end reading diagnostic in Reading Plus this week. Please talk to your student about taking his or her time and doing his or her best.
Paper packets can be dropped off on Friday in grade level boxes on the front sidewalk.
-Beginning May 26 we will begin the collection of laptops, library books, band instruments, and sports uniforms. Laptop bags should be completely cleaned out with only the laptop and charger cord inside. Student belongings from classrooms and lockers along with year end awards, prepaid yearbooks, etc. will be bagged and picked up during this time as well. The schedule has been created with safety as the priority for students and staff.
The schedule is...
8th grade - May 26 and 27 from 8:00-11:00 and 2:00-6:00 with pick up at the gym on the cafeteria side.
7th grade - May 27 from 8:00-11:00 and 2:00-6:00 with pick up at the gym on the bus side.
6th grade - May 28 from 8:00-11:00 and 2:00-6:00 with pick up at the gym on the bus side.
Please make sure that you come to the correct side of the gym for your grade level. If these times will not work for you, please call the school for an appointment. No staff member will be available at the gym during the 11:00-2:00 break each day. As a request and friendly reminder, if you or someone in your family has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus- please DO NOT come through the line but schedule an appointment. We will be more than happy to set up a time at a later date for you to receive your items. Your help in preventing the spread of this virus and keeping our faculty safe is greatly appreciated! We also want to remind everyone to stay in your vehicle at all times.
